Rajender Macha, O.D.
Dr. Rajender Macha grew up in Michigan and attended the University of Michigan for his B.S. in 1986. He received his MBA from Michigan State University in 1989 and his Doctor of Optometry Degree from Indiana University in 1998. The very next year, Dr. Macha purchased an existing optical office and founded Macha Eye Care.
For 16 years, the practice has grown steadily through patient-oriented comprehensive eye care, hard work, and sound marketing. Dr. Macha's interest is sports vision and medical eye care, including glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, dry eyes, and red eyes. He is a member of both the American Optometric Association and the Indiana Optometric Association
Dr. Denise Coté
Dr. Denise Coté received her Doctor of Optometry and graduated valedictorian in 1997 from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. Previously, she studied Chemistry at the University of South Florida. Dr. Coté practices comprehensive eye care with a focus on pediatrics and vision therapy. When not busy with watching her daughter's swim meets and son's gymnastics meets, she enjoys running and hiking.
Ashley Cox, O.D.
Dr. Ashley Cox grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan. After receiving her B.S. in Biology from Indiana University, she stayed in Bloomington and received her Doctor of Optometry. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, Indiana Optometric Association, and Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society. She participated in a mission trip to Guanajuato, Mexico as a part of VOSH (Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity). Dr. Cox practices comprehensive eye care with a special interest in contact lenses, diagnosis and management for ocular disease, and post-operative co-management. In her free time, Dr. Cox enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and traveling.
Dr. Elizabeth Christoff
Dr Elizabeth Christoff grew up in Merrillville, Indiana and is a proud "Region Rat." She graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry in 1990 and is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. Dr Christoff brings 26 years of optometry experience to Macha Family Eye Care. She is committed to providing personal attention to all of your eye care needs and specializes in fitting difficult contact lens prescriptions, such as bifocal, toric (for astigmatism) and scleral. In her free time, Dr Christoff enjoys spending time with her two children, attending culture and art festivals, catching musical and theatrical performances, and traveling. She is an advocate for healthy eating and a fitness enthusiast. To balance her passion for cooking and baking, she enjoys weight training, spinning, kick-boxing, and running.
